RhynoCare is seeking an experienced Personal Support Worker (PSW) to work in Long Term Care facilities in Peterborough, ON . You will be hired and onboarded with RhynoCare as an Independent Contractor.

Responsibilities
- Observe, document, and promptly report changes in residents' physical, emotional or cognitive status to the primary nurse to support ongoing assessment and care planning
- Complete all documentation on time, and in accordance with corporate policies, ensuring that it is both current and accurate.
- Assist resident with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and feeding, while promoting dignity and independence.
