What you’ll do

At Sienna you’ll build lasting relationships with residents. In this role you will know each resident by name and story, and you will work to cultivate happiness in daily life, ensuring residents live with comfort, dignity, and respect. You’ll be a Welcomed member of the Long Term Care team in a fast-paced environment, forming a deep understanding of residents and their living experience. You will build relationships with residents and their family members, offering a variety of support options and program choices that enrich daily health and well-being. As part of a wider team, you will contribute to the culture of the home with a focus on helping residents live fully every day.
