The Personal Support Worker (PSW), under the direction of the Assistant Director of Care, Charge RN, RN or RPN, is the primary front-line monitor of resident well‑being and reports any changes in resident status or concerns to the registered nursing staff. The PSW assists in the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centered care on assigned Resident Home Areas.
