Personal Support Worker (Part Time Evenings)

Ng Siu Chan Care Centre is a new long‑term care home opening under Yee Hong. The Personal Support Worker (PSW) will assist residents with daily activities, provide personal care, and support the overall culture and experience of the facility from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in nursing process by observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical and emotional condition and providing input into care plans.
• Deliver personal care to promote comfort and safety during activities of daily living in line with nursing manuals.
• Provide cognitive, social, and emotional support to residents and promote their independence.
• Respect residents’ rights, privacy, and dignity.
• Assist in the use and care of adaptive/prosthetic devices.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and team members.
