Provide personal care to assist clients in daily activities and hygiene, supporting physical, social and emotional needs in a safe manner, per resident‑centred approach.

• Assist in the nursing process by observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical and emotional condition; provide input into the care plan and implement the guidelines.
• Adhere to legislation, standards, policies and procedures of the LTC home.
• Deliver personal care to promote comfort and safety for residents during activities of daily living per Nursing Manual standards.
• Provide cognitive, social, emotional support to residents and promote independence in ADLs.
• Observe and respect residents’ rights and choices, ensuring dignity and privacy.
