Personal Support Workers (PSWs) are the heart of long‑term care, supporting residents with daily routines and meaningful moments that protect dignity, comfort and choice. PSW reports to the Home Area Lead. The PSW provides hands‑on personal care, promotes restorative approaches that support independence, and contributes to a safe, welcoming home guided by the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
