Job Summary

We are seeking another compassionate and dedicated Support Worker in Georgina to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to individuals in their home
• Administer medications as directed by a nurse or healthcare professional
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
• Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals

• Help with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
• Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior
• Provide dementia care and support for individuals with memory loss
