Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executive's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, messages, and letters)
- Prepare, encode, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- File and maintain confidential records and company documents
- Assist in travel arrangements, bookings, and itinerary preparation
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external parties
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
