Job Summary Marsh is looking for a
Personal Lines Insurance Advisor
in its offices in Canada. This hybrid role requires being in the office three days a week and starting the 10‑6 shift with the possibility to move to an earlier shift.
Responsibilities
Respond to client requests and inquiries across a number of channels promptly and professionally, processing and submitting requests in accordance with carrier guidelines.
Analyze, counsel and recommend coverages, identify coverage gaps, and find cross‑sell opportunities.
Provide quotations, explain and select coverages based on a thorough needs analysis, prepare applications, and submit in accordance with carrier guidelines and timelines.
Complete annual renewal reviews to ensure client coverage and pricing needs are met.
Obtain claims information in an empathetic, accurate and delicate manner and submit to the carrier in a timely manner.
