Job Summary

Marsh is looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor in its offices in Canada. This hybrid role requires being in the office three days a week and starting the 10‑6 shift with the possibility to move to an earlier shift.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and inquiries across a number of channels promptly and professionally, processing and submitting requests in accordance with carrier guidelines.
• Analyze, counsel and recommend coverages, identify coverage gaps, and find cross‑sell opportunities.
• Provide quotations, explain and select coverages based on a thorough needs analysis, prepare applications, and submit in accordance with carrier guidelines and timelines.
• Complete annual renewal reviews to ensure client coverage and pricing needs are met.
• Obtain claims information in an empathetic, accurate and delicate manner and submit to the carrier in a timely manner.
