• Client Relationship Management – proactive outreach, annual review calls, and maintaining concierge-level service for HNW clients.
• Risk Assessment & Coverage Design – tailoring bespoke insurance programs for complex assets (multiple properties, high-value collections, luxury vehicles, yachts, aircraft).
• Claims Advocacy – acting as a personal liaison during claims, ensuring swift resolution and white‑glove handling.
• Market & Carrier Engagement – liaising with HNW underwriters, negotiating terms, and staying updated on specialty products.
