Overview
As an Allstate Financial Specialist, you build and manage your own financial services practice with the support of Allstate. You partner with Allstate agency owners to drive new business in your community and grow revenue streams.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage an independent financial services practice.
- Partner with Allstate agency owners to drive new business and access leads.
- Meet with customers face-to-face to build deep relationships.
- Provide protection and asset accumulation sales services.
- Support and collaborate with licensed professionals to enhance the team’s ability to build relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer‑facing sales experience.
- State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 (if applicable) licenses.
