About the role
We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Worker to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care in our Strathalan residential aged care home based in Macleod (VIC).
You’ll work closely with our clinical team to support residents’ wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
Salary- $36.82 - $37.71 per hour + 25% casual loading + NFP benefits
Casual role with shifts across AM, PM and night duty (Weekdays preferred)
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care aligned with individual care plans
- Support residents with daily living activities (personal care, mobility, meals)
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and the care team
- Accurately document care and report any concerns or changes
- Promote a safe, respectful and inclusive environment
