Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying needs and providing advice and guidance regarding financial solutions.
• Works collaboratively within the branch and through various channels with BMO partners to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
• Collaborates with partners to identify referral opportunities that grow the customer’s relationship beyond personal banking.
• Welcomes and guides customers in the lobby, offering advice on digital and self‑serve options to make banking easy, simple, and fast.
• Assists in client conversations as a lobby leader, recommending alternative banking channels and providing personal banking and investment advice.
• Meets customer transaction‑based needs with seamless execution and engages customers in needs‑based conversations to identify opportunities and address everyday banking and credit card needs.
