Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying their needs and providing guidance on financial solutions that best serve them.
- Work collaboratively within the branch and across various channels with BMO partners to create a positive customer experience and reach business objectives.
- Lead proactive engagement with existing customers and prospects, conducting needs‑based assessments to grow loyalty and identify immediate or future opportunities.
