Job Description
The Personal Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to the Founder | Adviser. She or He will manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, handle communications, and prepare documents or reports. She or He is expected to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks effectively, and act as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
External Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Support Founder | Adviser in outreach, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, networking initiatives, and institutional visits to promote Montfort Care to corporates, family offices, foundations, and individual donors.
- Support Founder | Adviser in public speaking engagements and ensure alignment of content with the CEO.
