Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings, travel, correspondence, and office management to enable smooth executive operations.

- Coordinate and schedule meetings and seminars by preparing agendas and sending calendar invitations to ensure timely communication and participation
- Handle travel arrangements, transport, accommodation and visa applications
