The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the Office of the President, acting as a liaison between the President and key executives, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The job requires the incumbent to be 100% on site.

Responsibilities

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for the President, both internally and externally.
  2. Manage the President's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the President.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications on behalf of the President.
  5. Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for the President's meetings and engagements.
  6. Assist the President in managing and prioritizing requests for meetings, approvals, ensures follow-through with stakeholders.
