What you’ll be doing:
- Provide proactive admin and scheduling support to the GM
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, book rooms and monitor inboxes
- Organise internal events and engagement activities across multiple sites
- Assist travel management, expenses and credit card reconciliations
