Personal Assistant Associate
About the role
The Office Manager is accountable for supporting the Head of the E3S Team and the E3S Leadership Team with administrative activities including scheduling, recruiting, PO creation and management. The role reports to the Head of External Expert Engagement Services and collaborates extensively with the entire E3S team across global locations.
Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support to Head of E3S including scheduling, crafting and updating PPT presentations, supporting with job postings and recruitment.
- Track action items for E3S leadership team and coordinate LT meeting agendas and logistics.
- Support with travel bookings and logistics.
- Partner with communications specialist to communicate broad E3S messages on behalf of LT including workplace posts, newsletters and Nucleus updates.
