Permit Research & Submissions Specialist

Core Code io is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage permit research and submission from start to finish, interfacing with U.S. government offices and customers.

This independent contractor role requires strong English, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with AI tools. Expect 40 hours per week with a night shift aligned to U.S. business hours.
