Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HSE Permit Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day coordination, review, and approval of permits to work within the Maximo system. This role ensures that high‑risk and routine contractor activities are properly planned, authorized, and controlled in line with organizational procedures and safety standards.
Based in the Permit Office, the Permit Coordinator provides frontline assurance by reviewing permit applications, verifying risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), and conducting site checks to confirm that works are carried out in accordance with approved permits. The role plays a key part in contractor engagement by offering guidance, delivering toolbox talks, and supporting safe systems of work.
