Qualifications

• Experience in theatre production, live events,school productions, or technical theatre
• Relevant qualifications or training in dramaproduction, sound engineering, theatre technology, media, or live events
• A Level in Music or equivalent qualifications

Skills & Experience

• Appropriate experience working with young peoplein school
• Experience coaching students in music or theatrebased roles
• Good understanding of young people’s developmentand learning processes
• Practical knowledge of stage lighting, soundsystems, microphones, AV equipment, and backstage operations
• Familiarity with basic rigging, staging, props,and scenery handling.
• Dependable under pressure—school productionsoften run to fixed deadlines.
