Performer Fly Assist Royal Caribbean Group

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the safe operation of aerial performance systems and backstage technical operations.
- Set up, inspect, and maintain performer flying equipment and stage areas before performances.
- Support rehearsals and live shows by following technical track sheets and production cues.
- Monitor performer safety during aerial performances and assist performers with equipment loading and unloading.
- Maintain backstage, rehearsal, and performance areas to company standards.
- Support live entertainment events through the setup and handling of props, scenery, instruments, and technical equipment.
- Assist with maintenance and minor repairs of stage equipment, props, and theatrical systems.
- Update maintenance logs, operational documentation, and handover reports.
- Participate in rehearsals, meetings, and mandatory safety training.
