Requirements
7 years of experience in performance engineering benchmarking or systems performance analysis
Strong hands‐on experience with server‐platform performance testing in enterprise or datacenter environments
Deep knowledge of industry‐standard benchmarks including SPEC Intel Memory Latency Checker, MLC STREAM, and similar CPU, memory, and storage tools
Experience analyzing CPU, memory, NUMA cache, storage, and network bottlenecks
Proficient in Windows and Linux performance tuning and diagnostics
Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages
Experience designing repeatable benchmark methodologies and regression test suites
