Performance test engineer

We are seeking a experienced Performance Lead with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end performance testing. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Load Runner, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage client-side performance analysis, present results to business stakeholders and conduct discussions on the same. Work as a bridge between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication, task alignment, and delivery timelines. Experience with Azure and Power BI based applications is valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing.

Expertise in Open Text Load Runner and LRC (Cloud)

Deep understanding in End to End Performance Testing

Experience with client-side performance testing (browser based analysis).

Deep knowledge in carrying out Performance Test analysis via App Insights
