Performance Specialist, Toronto

As the Performance Specialist , you will focus on measurable operational improvement, productivity, and profitability within assigned PPG CDN customers, MSO accounts, and Strategic PPG Customers. You will act as a trusted partner to collision center leadership by delivering PPG Collision Services, operational expertise, and performance‑based solutions that strengthen long‑term customer relationships and enhance PPG loyalty.

You will report to the Collision Performance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Be a primary support contact for PPG CDN customers, MSO locations, and Strategic PPG customers.
• Focus on existing main accounts with an emphasis on retention, growth, and performance improvement.
