Performance specialist

The Role

We're looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist who knows how to turn ad spend into real ROI. You'll run, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, and Linked In Ads, working closely with our creative and marketing teams to push performance further with every iteration.

We need someone who's equal parts analyst and strategist — comfortable diving into the numbers, but just as confident shaping the creative, messaging, and targeting behind every campaign.

What You'll Do

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube, Shopping), and Linked In Ads Build and refine audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting funnels Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions) and turn data into action Guide ad creative direction, including copywriting angles, visual concepts, and formats (video, static, UGC...
