Pinterest is seeking a Performance Solutions Lead. This role enables advertisers and sellers to drive success on the Pinterest platform through adoption of priority products and development of new or innovative best practices. The Performance Solutions Lead partners with cross-functional leadership in sales, product, and engineering. This is a fast-paced role in a start-up environment requiring flexibility, a data-driven mindset, strong work ethic, and a good sense of humor. The right candidate is a strategic thought leader who is driven by learning and solving ambiguous problems, and who can also troubleshoot technical issues that block revenue in the lower funnel.
