This opportunity sits within the People & Culture (P&C) function of a leading national professional services firm, supporting a workforce of approximately 1,300 employees across multiple offices.
Working closely with an experienced Performance & Rewards Manager and the broader P&C team, this role provides critical support across remuneration and performance processes in a fast-paced, cyclical environment.
