Performance Officer (YYZ)

The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) has a fixed‑term opportunity up to February 18, 2028 within the Operations branch at the Toronto International Airport (YYZ).

Summary of responsibilities

The Performance Officer is responsible for observing, recording and reporting on Screening Contractor (SC) operational performance at the assigned airport, and various other designated airports, in accordance with all applicable policies, procedures and directives. The Performance Officer performs all other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education related to the position.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience conducting inspections or monitoring in a highly regulated environment where compliance to operating standards and procedures is critical.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience writing reports and giving recommendations to management.
