We're a lead generation company looking for a sharp, fast-moving video editor who can turn out scroll-stopping ad creative at volume. If you live in CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects and you've been quietly stacking up AI tools in your workflow, keep reading.
What you'll do:
Edit short-form video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that actually convert. You'll take raw footage, UGC, stock, and AI-generated assets and turn them into hooks that stop the scroll in the first 1.5 seconds. Expect high volume, fast turnarounds, and clear creative direction.
What we're looking for:
- Strong proficiency with AI tools (Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Sora, Kling, HeyGen, etc.) and sharp prompting skills
