We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid user acquisition for our iOS app.
This is not a campaign-coordination role. You’ll work directly inside the ad platforms, manage meaningful budgets, analyse performance and find repeatable ways to acquire high-quality users profitably.
You’ll be responsible for the full acquisition loop—from channel strategy and campaign execution to creative testing, attribution and commercial performance.
What you’ll own
Build and execute our iOS user-acquisition strategy
Manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and Apple Search Ads
Allocate and scale budgets based on CAC, ROAS, retention and payback
Develop structured testing plans across creatives, audiences, bids and landing flows
Work with creative teams to produce and iterate performance-led ad concepts
Analyse the complete funnel from impression and install through activation, retention and revenue
