Performance Marketing Manager - Google Ads

HamBOLDS is a science-backed beauty & personal care company scaling three D2C brands - Epitight, Cozitis, and Niconi. We blend nature and technology to build products consumers love and trust. We're hiring a Google Ads Specialist who goes beyond running campaigns - someone who owns performance, obsesses over quality scores, and scales revenue through sharp intent-based targeting.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), Display, and YouTube for our D2C beauty brands
• Own Google Shopping campaigns end-to-end - product feed setup, Google Merchant Center management, and feed optimization
• Build and manage Performance Max campaigns with asset group structuring, audience signals, and listing group segmentation
