Primary Objective
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can directly drive revenue growth through lead generation, website optimization, conversion improvement, and campaign performance. This is not a branding‑only role; it is a performance‑driven, revenue‑focused role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Campaigns
Plan and execute lead generation strategies for training programs (PMP, CIPD, AML, AI, etc.). Manage and optimize paid campaigns including Google Ads Search & Display (mandatory) and Meta Ads Facebook & Instagram, landing pages, and funnels. - Funnels
Create and optimize high‑converting landing pages for each key course. Build complete marketing funnels (Ad, Landing Page, Lead Form, Follow‑up, Conversion). Conduct A/B testing of headlines, CTAs, and layouts. Ensure pages are conversion‑focused, clear, persuasive, and sales‑driven. - Analytics & Reporting
