Mandatory Criteria:

• Prior experience working in a Performance Marketing Agency is mandatory.
• Must have hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Must have managed multiple D2C/eCommerce brands with significant monthly ad spends.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, LTV, and profitability metrics.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
