Mandatory Criteria:
Prior experience working in a Performance Marketing Agency is mandatory.
Must have hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Must have managed multiple D2 C/e Commerce brands with significant monthly ad spends.
Strong understanding of ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, LTV, and profitability metrics.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
