We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate InvGate’s paid media strategy and execution. This role will own the planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of all paid acquisition campaigns, working closely with our external paid media agency and internal teams (Content, Design, RevOps, and Product Marketing).
This position moves beyond campaign execution — it requires strategic thinking, performance ownership, and cross-functional coordination to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Planning
- Define paid media strategy aligned with revenue and pipeline goals.
- Allocate and optimize budget across channels (Google, LinkedIn, display, retargeting, etc.).
