About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can own and scale paid marketing campaigns across Amazon and Flipkart .
The ideal candidate should have strong marketplace advertising experience, a sharp eye for numbers, and the ability to improve sales, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC and overall marketplace growth.
We are looking for someone who monitors organic share as closely as PPC share , and measures TACOS along with ACOS . This is not an agency role — we own and operate the brands, so we need someone who brings that same operator mindset into performance marketing....
