We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to own Google and TikTok day to day. Google is your primary specialty. You know PMax, Search, YouTube, and Shopping cold. You can run a feed-driven account, diagnose a CPA spike, restructure a campaign that’s bleeding, and build creative tests that actually move the number. TikTok is your strong second. You’re comfortable with Spark Ads and in-feed placements, can build audiences from scratch, and you know how TikTok creative differs from creative for search. Meta is run by another operator on the team, so you’ll coordinate cross-platform but won’t be in the Meta account day to day. Meta literacy is still expected.
