Performance Marketing Intern – Travel

Marzi is looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to generate qualified travel enquiries through Meta advertising. The role will involve setting up and optimizing campaigns, creating simple ad creatives, and closely managing both the quality and cost of leads generated for Marzi Travel. Requirements Key Responsibilities Set up and manage lead-generation campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Create simple static and video ads using Canva, CapCut or similar tools. Test different audiences, creatives, messages and campaign formats. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for lead quality and CAC. Work with the Travel team to understand whether leads are relevant and conversion-ready. Track the complete funnel from ad click to lead, qualified enquiry and booking.
