Performance Marketer / Growth Marketing Lead — Ecommerce (UAE)

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. You'll own performance marketing end-to-end for cocobites.ae — running paid acquisition across multiple platforms and building the retention engine that turns first‑time buyers into repeat customers. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role for someone who has scaled real ecommerce brands and can prove it with numbers.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
• Own the full funnel — from acquisition through retention and retargeting — to improve ROAS and reduce CAC
• Build and manage email and WhatsApp marketing flows to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value
• Own the ad content plan: direct shoots, creative concepts, and AI‑generated content, bringing in freelancers or a small team as needed
