We’re hiring a hands-on Performance/Digital Marketing Expert who can own growth across channels and industries. You’ll plan and execute campaigns, optimize funnels, lead experimentation, and report on outcomes with a bias for ROAS and revenue.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta, Google, You Tube, and Linked In; scale what works, kill what doesn’t.
- Build media plans & budgets; manage daily pacing with clear targets on ROAS/CAC/MER/CTR/CVR/AOV/LTV.
- Set up and maintain tracking & attribution (GA4, GTM, pixels, UTM discipline, conversion APIs).
- Lead CRO: landing page hypotheses, A/B tests, heatmaps, form frictions, and offer/creative iterations.
- Partner with design/content to brief high-performing creatives for D2 C, E-commerce, F&B, Hospitality & Corporate/B2 B.
