Performance Management Intern
Objective
This position will support Operational Performance by consolidating KPIs, preparing executive reports, and contributing to improvement initiatives across plants.
Main Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and consolidate KPIs (production, OEE, scrap).Prepare executive reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Support Performance Improvement and Cost Improvement Projects (CIPs).Standardize reporting processes with central and plant teams.Contribute to automation and continuous improvement efforts.
