Performance Lead: End-To-End Testing & Stakeholder Results

Link-Worldwide in Mexico is seeking an experienced Performance Lead to oversee end-to-end performance testing. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience, a deep expertise in LoadRunner, and strong communication skills to engage business stakeholders effectively.
This role involves managing client-side performance analysis, coordinating tasks between onsite and offshore teams, and driving impactful discussions regarding performance risks and improvements. Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power BI-based applications is a significant advantage.
