Job Description:
- Support day-to-day Organization Development (OD) activities and projects.
- Assist with Performance Management administration, reporting, and documentation.
- Support organization structure updates, organization analysis, and employee data management.
- Prepare, validate, and analyze HR data; develop reports and presentation materials.
- Conduct benchmarking on HR and OD best practices across organizations.
- Manage project documentation, approval processes, and HR system administration.
- Support strategic HR initiatives such as Performance Management, Promotion, Gamification, National Talent Forum, Employee Engagement Survey (EES), Manpower Planning (MPP), and award/speaker event preparations.
