Performance Content Creator (Calgary)

We're partnering with a fast-growing D2C startup based in Calgary and looking for a highly creative, performance-minded Content Creator to help build and scale its short-form content engine.

This is not a traditional social media role. We're looking for someone who understands how content drives growth: someone who knows how to create videos that hook attention quickly, feel native to platforms like TikTok and Reels, and ultimately drive clicks, engagement, and conversion.

You’ll play a key role in evolving the company from primarily static paid ads into a high-volume, video-first content machine as the brand expands into new markets across North America.
