Join our Performance and Business Insights team as a Performance Analyst and help shape decisions across OAW lines of business by delivering meaningful insights and performance analysis. As a Performance Analyst, you’ll transform complex data into actionable intelligence that answers three critical questions: How are we doing? Why are we seeing these results? What should we do next? You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, present findings to leadership, and ensure priorities are informed by accurate, timely performance insights.
