Overview of the role
Reporting into the BF Brazil Performance Manager, this role plays a key part in shaping how performance is understood and acted upon across Sportsbook, Gaming and Exchange.
You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver clear performance reporting, strong narratives and actionable insights that support BF Brazil’s growth ambitions. The role spans day‑to‑day performance management and strategic decision support, with a focus on revenue drivers, ROI, customer behaviour and regulatory impact across the customer lifecycle.
What you’ll do
Performance Reporting & Narrative
- Deliver clear, consistent BAU reporting across Sportsbook, Gaming and Exchange (weekly, monthly and event‑based).
- Develop a compelling performance narrative, explaining what happened, why, and what actions to take.
- Track and interpret key commercial drivers including GGR/NGR, staking, margin and customer engagement.
