Job Description
- Perform end-to-end PeopleSoft data migration, including data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and deployment.
- Design, develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft applications and technical components.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support system enhancements, bug fixes, change requests, and production issues.
- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform impact analysis and recommend technical solutions for new business requirements.
- Support system testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, migration documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
